You can ask LuXe Concierge Aesthetics to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how, what we can remove, and what we are required to keep.
How to make a request
Email luxeconciergeaesthetics@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and tell us:
- Your name
- The email address or phone number you used with us
- Your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok username, if your request concerns social media
- What you would like deleted — everything, or something specific

What happens next
We will confirm we received your request, verify that the request is really coming from you, and complete it within 30 days. We will write back to tell you what was deleted. There is no charge.
Social media comments and messages
If you have commented on or messaged one of our Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts, we hold a record of that comment or message, your platform username and user ID, and how our account responded.
On request we will delete those records from our systems. Two things are worth knowing:
- You can remove a public comment yourself, at any time, by deleting it in the app. That takes it out of public view immediately, which is faster than writing to us.
- Copies held by the platforms are not ours to delete. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok keep their own records under their own policies. To have those removed you need to contact the platform directly.
Website enquiries, chat, and marketing
Contact form submissions, website chat conversations, and email or text marketing records will be deleted on request. You can also unsubscribe from marketing at any time without making a full deletion request — use the link at the bottom of any email, or reply STOP to a text.
What we cannot delete
If you are or have been a patient of the practice, your medical record is not covered by this process. Florida law and our professional obligations require us to retain patient records for a set period, and we cannot delete them on request. This includes treatment records, consent forms, clinical photographs, and related documentation.
We may also need to keep records required for tax, accounting, insurance, or legal purposes. If any part of your request falls into these categories, we will tell you specifically what we are keeping and why.
You do have rights of access and amendment regarding your medical record. Those requests are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices — ask us and we will provide it.
