We take a concierge approach to aesthetics — unhurried consultations, customized treatment plans, and a warm, private setting, with in-office, in-home, and group-event options for added convenience.

LuXe Concierge Aesthetics operates under the medical direction of Joshua D. Lenchus, DO, RPh, FACP, SFHM, ensuring every treatment meets the highest standards of medical safety and oversight.

Deborah Lenchus, MSN, APRN is an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner and the founder of LuXe Concierge Aesthetics. A graduate of the University of Vermont School of Nursing with a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, she brings more than 20 years of aesthetic experience and an artistic eye for natural-looking results — performing every treatment herself, never handing off to a technician.

Beyond her own practice, Deborah is the co-founder and educator of Elevate Aesthetics Academy. She trains APRNs, physician assistants, and physicians in advanced aesthetic techniques through hands-on, in-person courses offered through both LuXe Concierge Aesthetics and Elevate Aesthetics Academy. She has also performed live VI Peel demonstrations and presented at medical conferences sponsored by VI Peel for provider education.

Above all, she believes beautiful results begin with a genuine partnership — listening closely and guiding each client toward looking and feeling their most confident.

Joshua D. Lenchus, DO, RPh, FACP, SFHM serves as the Medical Director of LuXe Concierge Aesthetics. He holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Florida and graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Subsequently, he worked as a hospitalist for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he held the rank of associate professor of medicine, anesthesiology, and radiology, and served as an associate program director for the internal medicine residency for nine years. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the 4- hospital system of Broward Health. Currently, he is a Medical Director for Aetna’s Florida market.
