“There is no single fix — I match the approach to how thin and lax the skin is. For texture and mild crepiness I often start with RF microneedling or Density skin tightening to stimulate collagen; for more advanced surface aging, Erbium or CO2 resurfacing does more. To rebuild firmness I use hyperdilute Radiesse on its own, or my ‘gold protocol’ — Radiesse combined with Belotero and a small amount of neurotoxin — to smooth and soften the neck. Most of these take two to three sessions; Density usually needs only one to two, and I often layer a couple of them together for the best result.”
