FOUNDER & NURSE PRACTITIONER, LUXE CONCIERGE AESTHETICS
Deborah Lenchus, MSN, APRN is the founder of LuXe Concierge Aesthetics in Davie, Florida, and the provider who personally performs every aesthetic procedure at the practice. She brings more than two decades of clinical experience to aesthetic medicine, with over ten years focused specifically on aesthetic injectables and energy-based treatments.
Her approach is structural rather than trend-driven: assess the whole face, treat the cause of aging — volume loss, collagen decline, skin quality — and choose the most conservative tool that will genuinely deliver the goal. Patients hear her say no as readily as yes; candidacy, contraindications and realistic expectations are part of every consultation.
Credentials & Experience
Deborah is a Master of Science in Nursing-prepared Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (MSN, APRN) licensed in Florida. Her clinical career spans more than 20 years, including over a decade of advanced aesthetic practice: neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Daxxify), dermal fillers and facial balancing, collagen biostimulators including Radiesse, hyperdilute Radiesse and Sculptra, PRF and EZ Gel, and a full laser and energy suite — fractional CO2, Erbium YAG, IPL, Q-switched Nd:YAG, long-pulsed vascular laser, diode laser hair removal, Pixel8 RF microneedling, Density RF skin tightening and DP4 medical-grade microneedling. She also directs LuXe’s supervised medical weight-management program.
Education & Affiliations
Deborah completed her undergraduate nursing education at the University of Vermont and earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Florida International University. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) during her undergraduate studies at UVM, transferring her membership to the FIU chapter during graduate school, and is a past member of the society. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Educator & Trainer
Deborah is the co-creator of Elevate Aesthetics Academy, where she trains nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians in injection technique and energy-based treatments, with hands-on trainings also hosted at LuXe Concierge Aesthetics. She has performed live treatment demonstrations and presented at industry conferences, including live VI Peel demonstrations at events sponsored by the Vitality Institute.
