Membership FAQ
How does the monthly credit work?
Each month your membership fee converts to an equal amount of LuXe credit that you can apply to any treatment or product. Use it whenever you like, or let it accumulate.
Do my credits expire?
Credits roll over for up to 12 months, so you can bank them toward larger treatments. They have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Is there a commitment?
Memberships have a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Who performs the treatments?
Every treatment is performed personally by Deborah Lenchus, MSN, APRN — never a technician.
Can I use my credit on anything?
Yes — injectables, lasers, facials and peels, microneedling, IV therapy and wellness shots, or medical-grade skincare. Your choice, every visit.
