Persistent facial redness, flushing, and visible vessels from rosacea or sun damage can be calmed and reduced with the right light and laser treatments — alongside a gentle skincare routine.
Best treatments for redness & visible vessels
- IPL photofacial — reduces diffuse redness and background flushing.
- Vascular laser — targets individual visible facial veins and vessels.
Deborah’s Clinical Perspective
Redness is rarely one thing — I separate diffuse background redness (great for IPL) from distinct vessels (better for a vascular laser). Rosacea also needs a calm, non-irritating routine between treatments, or the redness rebounds. I treat the skin and coach the maintenance.
