I think of Density as “pure tightening” and RF microneedling as “tightening plus resurfacing from within.” For a patient who wants firmer skin with zero downtime before an event, Density is beautiful. When someone has laxity and texture or pore concerns, RF microneedling does double duty. I frequently combine them across a plan — Density for maintenance tightening, RF microneedling periodically for texture and collagen.
